Though its true lineage is kept under wraps by Yakima Chief Ranches in Washington, Warrior hops exhibit similar characteristics to Nugget and Columbus hops. This makes Warrior a high alpha bittering hop, with mild aromatic notes of resin, citrus, and herbs.
