Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at 401-726-9627 and a customer service representative will arrange return service via UPS, if applicable. Please do not return damaged or defective items without calling as Tessier’s Hardware will not reimburse these shipping charges. If your order is older than 30 days, please call us at 401-726-9627 and we will authorize a return if applicable. A restocking fee may apply. Store return policy is 30 days.
If you are not happy with your item for a reason other than a shipping error, damage or defect, please call us to exchange it. We will have to charge you for the new item but we will waive the ground shipping charges. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit you the cost of the original item.
